what did you use to glue it? i used a hot glue gun, but I put the hot glue on a toothpick first and then put it on the paper.

Using the Rainbow dash tutorial confuses me, particularly with Fluttershy's hair. Could you make a mini tutorial for things like Fluttershy's mane, tail & face? :3

no, but please let me explain:those things are easy to deduce seeing the finished photo /& Fluttershy captures from the show.
also: it takes TWO WHOLE days to make a tutorial. i prefer to make a new pattern instead.my free time is pretty low in quantity.
I can answer your questions,if you like.
the tail is reaaaally simple. look at rainbow dash tutorial it is made exactly like that.

I meant the mane really. Like the white bit, what does it attach to? is it meant to make the hair curl? I couldn't tell that from the finished image :P

that is a paper flap. it helps to make a form more easy to attach to the back of the head. if i can today when i shot photos for the cherilee model i will take some of fluttershy´s head in various angles.

I love these. I made this a while back and finally got a photo up. I put the wings more down because it seemed more like the way Fluttershy would keep her wings. [link]
also a friend of mine recolored parts of your ponies to make a Chell (from portal) pony
it is sort of related. [link]

I had seen the paper creeper but never as a pony. that looks interesting. also the chell pony design is here [link] I didn't use the prongs from the gun because they were to small when I printed it.

I'm very excited about these papercraft dolls. I do origami frequently, but have never once dabbled in this sort of papercraft. I will be doing Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash today, so thank you for these. Pinkie is my personal favorite, so I will be waiting eagerly for her <3

No worries! My first attempt at fluttershy went horribly :( My computer won't print things large, so it's all so small...;; hard to fold! I thought it would be easy, because I do origami, but it's so mch more difficult!

that difficulti is my foult. i am very ignorants of ways of designing papercrafts. i did make those because i wanted then and nobody did make them.
the model is made for a a4 sheet of paper , i did once tried printing it alf a4 size(a5) and it was difficult but doable

<3 the designs are very beautiful, and I was reading that this was your first time trying! My difficulties are my problem, you did an amazing job!

I don't actually know the difference between any paper, so that might be my issue as well. I might try resizing and cropping the images to better fit my beginner skill. Thank you again for all of this, I really am excited!

<3 hehe, if you do such amazing work, of course I'll be nice!! I would love to learn how to do my own papercraft, but it all looks so difficult!

Rainbow Dash is sitting downstairs, waiting for me to cut her out and put her together! I managed to get her a bit bigger, so hopefully my hands will be able to fit. Practice makes perfect, right? :)

No problem! The Rainbow Dash instructions, I couldn't help but think they weren't all that useful. I had to fold the parts how I thought they were meant to be folded, then look at the finished thing to see what each bit was. Thankfully I have the right kind of mind for solving these problems! Fluttershy's hair did take a while to work out which way it went on her head, but I think I've got it right. She's now sitting happlily on my desk alongside my Creeper, after first having to explain what it was to my mother! O_O

yes i know the instructions aren`t entirely proper.part of the thing i love is figuring some stuff on my own when doing something. Also, and more important my english is so crappy that i will not be able to write a proper instrutional. i am sorry.

Couldn't help myself, had to make my collection of desktop clutter 20% cooler! Rainbow didn't turn out quite as neat as Fluttershy, but she is more stable on her feet.

Fun fact: I made these at half the original scale, as I find it makes them last longer.
