YAY!
here i intent to show how it is done. i know this will be insufficient. please ask, i will try to help.

next week i will not rush like this...better make it right than in a hurry i guess.

Pinkie pie finished:[link]

Pattern:[link]

the rest :) (fluttershy,Rainbow Dash, Derpy):[link]

have fun!

recomendend papre: 140 Grs.

Hair is tricky, please have patience. you can use thicker paper too, it simplifies some stuff but you will need stronger paste.
i did make purposely the tail flat so that way we donīt suffer (LOL) more than necessary.

also, back legs are weird...dunno why i must have changed something. just roll them until you think looks nice, ignore marks. i will edit the pattern when i can.right now i am very busy, sorry if you already printed it.

i do not own pinkie pie or anything related Friendship is magic (C) hasbro / Lauren Faust i only designed the patterns.

Kna - I'm blown away by your talent. Some of this folding and gluing seems beyond me, I'm having a terrible time attaching the heads, but all this is so ingenious. You really are an incredible artist.

Anything this cute is worth a little work! I'm going to keep practicing - oh, and I should have mentioned I don't have the right glue, which is sort of what makes it harder. I'm going to get some, tho! I want a herd of little ponies on my desk! :)

this is EPIC! I was just looking for an idea for a birthday present for a good friend of mine and she LOVES Pinkie Pie! *_* Aww, thank you very much! ;_; I'll print the pattern tomorrow! X3 (Do you recommend A4-size or bigger? O.o)

Thanks again ;)

i recomend a4 but if it is for a gift bigger i believe will be funnier and also easier to make, just use more rigid piece of paper if you make it big! good luck!

I'm going to be making Fluttershy and Rainbow tomorrow straight from your plans, then hopefully make them again in plastic and use them as a base for a custom sculpture. I will post if it works out as intended...

i have a little problem whit the ears...not only on this pony on all of them...how do you acctually make the ears
Reply
:iconkna:
Kna Featured By Owner Jul 5, 2011  Hobbyist General Artist
first glue the mirrored parts(fold it in middle) then curve it like a corner, making it so that the little bits touch one on top of other. glue those bits, glue the hear. when dried, incline a bit all the curve of the hear so it forms an 90šangle against the head and the hear will look more accurate.
if you do not understand(my abilities for speaking are small, you see) please ask and i will put some process photos.
